Does the state of your animal worry you to the point that it would require an emergency consultation by a vet?
- If this happens during our opening hours, contact us immediately by phone and we will organize an emergency appointment at the earliest possible time.
- If this happens during Sunday between 10 AM and 5 PM, contact us immediately by phone and we will organize an emergency appointment.
- If this happens outside our opening hours, we advise you to contact the VTnac Hingeon center (located near Namur, 45 minutes’ drive from Brussels). This center has an emergency service accessible 24 hours a day & 7 days a week. Your pet can be examined at any time, day or night. Not by a generalist vet but by an Exotic pets specialist. It is, however, always necessary to contact the center before you set out, so that we are aware of your arrival time.
Since both structures collaborate closely, if the state of your animal requires a hospitalization, his/her return to the Brussels center can be organized by our team as early as the following day, or in more serious cases, once the animal is stabilized.
